Simply by dressing better, you will look better and feel better about yourself. This, in turn, will raise your confidence instantly. The way you dress is something that you have full control over so there is no reason you shouldn’t start with that.

With the simple act of smiling, you will be able to improve your mood no matter what the situation is. Even if you are having a bad day, smiling will make you feel better about it.
